MEDVi QUAD review

Four ingredients, a guaranteed outcome, and no safety information at all

Best for: Nothing we can identify← All reviews

Our verdict

The only service we audited that never tells you it is selling a compounded drug, never mentions a single side effect, and guarantees a medical outcome. We link to it so you can check what we describe — but of the five we looked at, this is the one we would steer you away from.

Safety checks

The same seven checks for every service on this site, all read off its public page. The first matters most: ED medication taken with nitrates can cause a life-threatening drop in blood pressure, so a page that never mentions it is leaving out the one thing that could kill you.

  • Discloses the nitrate interaction: No

Not present. This product contains two PDE5 inhibitors; the nitrate interaction can be fatal.

  • Warns about erections lasting over four hours: No

    Not present.

  • Lists side effects on the page: No

Not present. Not one, anywhere on the page.

  • Raises heart disease and blood pressure: No

    Not present.

  • States it is compounded and not FDA-approved: No

Never stated. No such FDA-approved combination exists, so the product must be compounded — but the page does not say so, and does not carry the FDA statement its competitors all manage.

  • Publishes the actual doses: No

    Four ingredients named, no quantities.

  • States cancellation terms before you buy: No

“Cancel Anytime” asserted with no terms behind it.

Good fit if

  • We cannot identify anyone this page serves well

Look elsewhere if

  • Always — start with a doctor, or with a service that at least tells you the risks

Why this one gets its own warning

We audited five of these products the same way: read the landing page and record which safety disclosures appear. Four of the five state that they are compounded drugs the FDA has not approved. Three list at least some side effects. One explains the nitrate interaction properly.

This page does none of it. No nitrates. No priapism. No side effects. No cardiac warning. No mention of compounding. No FDA statement. It is the only one of the five where we found nothing at all.

“Peak rigidity guaranteed”

That is a direct quote. So are “hospital-grade power without the markup” and “Verified Results from 50,000+ Men”.

No medical treatment can be guaranteed. Roughly a third of men do not respond adequately to PDE5 inhibitors at all — that is the established figure for the drug class this product is built on. A guarantee of a physical outcome is not optimism; it is a claim that cannot be true.

What is reportedly in it

PT-141, L-citrulline, sildenafil and tadalafil. No doses.

Sildenafil plus tadalafil stacks two drugs of the same class, which no guideline supports and no approved product does. PT-141 is bremelanotide, approved only for premenopausal women with low desire, by injection, and it transiently raises blood pressure — the opposite of what the two PDE5 inhibitors alongside it do. L-citrulline is an amino acid with modest, inconsistent evidence in mild ED.

The price

$114 a month, anchored against a $179 figure. That is the most expensive of the five services we audited, for the least information. Generic sildenafil from a licensed pharmacy is a couple of dollars a dose.

Our position

The link on this page goes to the page we audited, so you can confirm every claim we have made about it. That is not a recommendation. Of the five services we reviewed, this is the one we would actively steer a reader away from — a page selling two stacked prescription vasodilators without naming a single risk has not earned anyone's trust.

If you want a combination product, at least choose one that tells you what is in it and what it can do to you. If you want the best-evidenced route, that is a single drug at a proper dose after a conversation with a doctor. How to have that conversation.

What is good

  • If you do not qualify, you are not charged

What is not

  • Discloses nothing about nitrates, priapism, side effects or cardiac risk
  • Never states that the product is compounded or that the FDA has not approved it
  • “Peak rigidity guaranteed” — an outcome guarantee on a medical product
  • No doses published for any of four ingredients
  • Unsubstantiated “Verified Results from 50,000+ Men”
  • Most expensive of the five at $114 a month

How we reviewed this

Everything above was read off https://quad.medvi.org/ in July 2026. Prices and terms change — if this is now out of date, tell us.

We have not completed this service's intake, so we cannot say what the questionnaire behind the page screens for. The scores above measure what the page discloses, not clinical quality.

A reminder about what this is

ED Treatment Spot is an educational publisher, not a medical provider. This review assesses a service, not your suitability for treatment. No online clinic can take your blood pressure — for a man over 50, ED is often the first sign of vascular disease, so still see someone in person. Full medical disclaimer.
